I began researching relative strength trading more than a decade ago and after retiring from the U.S. Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel, I became a full-time relative strength investor. I am the editor of the Market Technicians Association (MTA) monthly newsletter, Technically Speaking, and associate editor of the MTA's scholarly publication, Journal of Technical Analysis. I also serve on the board of directors of the MTA Educational Foundation. My work has been published in SFO, Futures, TRADERS', and Working Money. I read your article in Aug 09 SFO. I would like to know which symbols you use in stockcharts.com when you are comparing the 6 month rate of change for the S&P 500 to the 6-month rate of change for the 13-week Treasury Bill Interest Rate.
Also the DWA chart you provided, I'm assuming you are using MNYMKT and the default from DWA - SPXEWI which is the equal weighted SP500. I also assume you reduced the box size to 3.25 from DWA default of 6.5.
